"THE PET PROMISE CERTIFICATE"
The Pet Promise Certificate Program allows the receipient to adopt the pet of their choice, and the giver pomises to cover all adoption fees for the new pet. *
*(recipient must be pre-approved for adoption-all normal adoption procedures apply)
Simply print the Pet Promise Certificate below fill in the needed information and present to the recipient. The recipient must register on the Dakota Dachshund Rescue Website and complete an On-Line Adoption Aplication available under the Forms/Applications Menu item. Please have the recipient note that this is a "Pet Promise Certificate adoption application next to their signature on the application.
