Ben update from his foster mom .... He would definitely do great with someone who is around a lot to keep him active. He loves his peanut butter Kong and we got him some interactive toys that he plays with nonstop. When he crashes, he crashes hard.

Howdy! I'm Ben, I love playing fetch, and run,chase and play with the other small dogs  in my foster home's fenced yard! I get along with most other dogs but just not herding dogs like myself....we all want to be the boss ;)
I do need a fenced yard as I am a boy on the go!
I came to DDR because my first mom lived in an apartment and I was too much of an alertist, I am half dachshund so I have keen ears and bark to let you know if someone is moving outside the door. I am a very sweet boy, I am one year old, I weigh 20 pounds, my adoption fee is $600 + sales tax $27=$627

My adoption fee helps cover all of my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, neuter/spay, dental if needed and microchipping.
